Abstract
The convergence of innovative management strategies and technological advancements is reshaping the landscape of healthcare and hospitality. These two sectors, while distinct in purpose, share common goals of enhancing service efficiency, improving customer experiences, and optimizing operational effectiveness. In healthcare, cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, telemedicine, and big data analytics are revolutionizing patient care, diagnostics, and hospital management. Similarly, the hospitality industry is undergoing a transformation driven by digital solutions, automation, and data-driven customer service, leading to improved guest experiences and streamlined operations. Despite the potential of these advancements, challenges such as data security, ethical concerns, and workforce adaptation remain significant barriers to implementation. Additionally, the need for sustainable and patient- or guest-centric approaches continues to shape the integration of technology in both fields. This review explores key innovations in management and technology across healthcare and hospitality, examining how these sectors are leveraging interdisciplinary strategies to optimize service delivery. By analyzing real-world applications, emerging trends, and the implications of digital transformation, this article highlights how healthcare and hospitality can mutually benefit from technological and managerial synergies. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of adaptive leadership, policy frameworks, and collaborative ecosystems in fostering innovation. The review also discusses future directions, emphasizing the role of artificial intelligence, blockchain, personalized customer engagement, and sustainability in shaping the next generation of healthcare and hospitality services.
