Advertising Policy

1. Objective

Advertisements must align with the journal’s scholarly mission and values while ensuring that editorial content remains independent and free from external influence.

2. Types of Advertisements
The journal accepts the following types of advertisements:

  • Academic Institutions & Conferences: Advertisements promoting relevant academic institutions, conferences, and workshops.
  • Books and Journals: Advertisements for academic books, journals, and other scholarly publications related to the journal’s field.
  • Research Equipment & Tools: Advertisements for scientific equipment, software, and other research tools that are relevant to the journal’s readership.
  • Professional Services: Advertisements for services that support the academic and research community, including academic writing, proofreading, and publishing services.

3. Advertisement Content Guidelines

  • Advertisements must not contain misleading or false information and must be in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
  • All advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content (e.g., through borders or a disclaimer).
  • Advertisements that promote controversial, non-academic products or services (e.g., pharmaceutical or financial products) will not be accepted unless they are directly relevant to the academic community and align with the journal's focus.
  • Advertisements must not contain material that could be seen as discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate for an academic audience.

4. Review and Approval Process
All advertisements submitted to [Journal Name] will undergo a review by the editorial team to ensure they meet the guidelines outlined in this policy. The editorial board reserves the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet these standards.

5. Placement and Distribution

Journal adheres to the highest standards of transparency in its advertising practices. All advertisements will be clearly identified as such, and no advertisement will influence the journal’s editorial decisions or content.
